Welcome to Pickzi! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using Pickzi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Pickzi.
- You must have a valid mobile number, email ID, and payment method (bank account, UPI, wallet).
- One account per person. Multiple accounts or false details may lead to suspension.
2. Our Services
- Pickzi allows you to watch short video ads, earn rewards, redeem groceries, and receive payouts based on your subscription plan.
- Rewards are credited as per plan details and subject to completion of required activities (e.g., watching videos for a set duration daily).
- Referral bonuses are provided when your referred user successfully registers and subscribes.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
- You must select a subscription plan and make payment through our approved payment methods.
- Plan benefits, validity, and monthly rewards are displayed before purchase.
- All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Processing charges may apply on payouts or redemptions.
4. Rewards & Payouts
- Rewards are earned based on activities completed within the app.
- Payouts are generally processed every Saturday, but if any technical glitches occur, they may sometimes be delayed.
- Minimum payout amount may apply.
- Payout requests will only be processed after verification of your account details.
- If a user fails to meet daily/weekly activity requirements, rewards for that period may be forfeited.
5. Referral Program
- Referral rewards are credited only when the referred person signs up and completes the subscription payment.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent signups will result in cancellation of referral rewards and possible account suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or any automated tools to watch videos or complete tasks.
- Share, sell, or rent your account to others.
- Upload harmful content or misuse the platform.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform’s systems.
- Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Content & Advertising
- Videos and ads shown in the app are provided by third parties. Pickzi is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content.
- You may not copy, distribute, or misuse content from the app without permission.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Pickzi, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pickzi provides its services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, or error-free performance.
We are not liable for any losses arising from payment delays, system downtime.
We are not liable for any misunderstanding, false promises, or representations made by third-party individuals or resellers.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Misuse the platform in any way
- Unused rewards may be forfeited in case of termination for violations.
